We use a host of tools to get the job done. Constructability reviews, explorations of innovative means and methods, physical mock-ups and comprehensive budgeting options all emerge from decades of well-documented experience.
We think ahead of time by playing out different sequencing and scheduling scenarios. We recognize and come up with solutions to any potential design issues. We analyze the outcomes for the materials that we use and make a decision to match the project’s and owner’s goals. Our priority is to make the experience of choosing how to move forward into the construction process as streamlined as possible.
ESTIMATING
Franklin Lincoln Construction does not see estimating as just numbers. We take estimating seriously and use our experience from vast historical database and decades of engineering and project management to finalize estimates. We dissect and analyze structural, building envelope and MEP systems to maintain the client’s vision and preserve it within the project’s capacity.
We research all possible means and methods of handling a project though meticulous constructability reviews. We verify components’ compatibility with site access constraints and undertake a thorough analysis of sequence of work, tolerance requirements, material availability and schedule timeframes to offer clients the right choices, freeing them up to spend their money on their priorities and empowering them to choose value elsewhere.

VALUE ENGINEERING
We are determined to find cost effective methods to add high value to the project without adding higher costs. Through a creative investigation of cost-effective methods and materials, we strive to support or enhance critical elements of the design. We lay out cost-saving alternative systems, materials and methods of construction, optimizing the project value in alignment with the owner’s objectives.
